I tried Cryotherapy…and survived!

Having heard about the highly-touted promises of reduced inflammation and increased rejuvenation from Cryotherapy, I tried this treatment myself. I stood in a Cryo chamber, cooled to -230℉for a brisk three minutes and emerged feeling refreshed and energized. Would I do it again? Yes, I've just completed my 5th freeze.

For a gentler introduction, add a cold shower at the end of your regular one. Ideally, using a hand-held shower head, start with your feet, work your way up your legs, trunk, face and scalp. Voila! Notice how you emerge feeling energized and ready for anything!
