Exercise is the Key to a Long and Happy Life

This heartwarming story reminds us that, gratefully, we are in the driver’s seat with our physical and emotional well-being. 91-year-old Alabama resident, Lloyd Black, knew he had to take his health into his own hands after he was experiencing increasing aches and pains while becoming easily winded. His solution? He joined a gym! One year later, he has become an inspiration to his community, and the world, through his dedicated 3 day-a-week workouts and signature overalls. His health has improved, and just as important, he has built social connections with other seniors at the gym by teaching them how to use the equipment.
