Staying Well This Flu Season

Every fall and winter, almost NO ONE amongst my patients becomes sick with the flu. What's the secret? In addition to a plant-based paleo diet (which is naturally gluten-free), adequate rest and regular exercise, I recommend supplementing with proper probiotics, American Ginseng, and 1000 - 2000 IU of Vitamin D.
